A trusted cat rescue for over 30 years, Cat Pals Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charity dedicated to animal welfare — run entirely by volunteers who love cats as much as you do.
Our Purpose
Our mission is to help as many homeless cats as possible leave the park and enter a safe, protected environment.
As living expenses continue to rise, more cats are being abandoned because their owners can no longer afford to feed or care for them. In our colonies, we regularly find friendly cats, some who are injured, who have been left behind and do not know how to survive outdoors.
Every rescue decision is difficult. Choosing whether to save a friendly abandoned cat or a community/feral cat that has been waiting for a space in our catio is heartbreaking, because each one deserves safety, care, and a chance at a better life.
How You Can Help:
- Sanctuaries & Catios: If you have space at a South or Southwest Florida sanctuary, we will handle vetting and transportation.
- Donors & Supporters: We desperately need funding for food, medical care, vaccinations, and shelter maintenance to save these cats.
- Volunteers: We also urgently need help with fostering, fundraising, and transporting cats to and from the vet. Every volunteer makes a direct impact on the lives of cats in South Florida.
